This property has restricted check in hours - only one hour a day! Didn’t get into Perth until late and as reception was closed, could not fill in the ‘required registration form’ (even though the booking was booked, confirmed and paid in full. As a result, the following day, the key cards were cancelled so could not access the car park or my room and my belongings until I had signed a piece of paper! As for the room, the taps dripped, the walls are paper thin, the bathroom was mouldy, the bathroom tap had to be turned about 5 times to get water and the elevators ‘down’ button didn’t work. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else but here.

Thanks for your review.Unfortunately, to offer cheaper rates for our guests our property operate with limited reception hours. The receptions opening hours, after hours access and after-hours check in instructions are sent well in advance to our guest and advertised on websites. Depending on guest's situation our hotel is flexible. It is guest's responsibility to decided wisely whether our property is suitable or not for their requirements. Or else finding an alternative accommodation is optional. Any of mentioned maintenance issues has not been reported to us until now. Please note our property has 24 hours emergency assistance contact number.

I did not get to stay at the property and had to book another hotel. I also lost my money on the booking. This is because they closed at 3pm and I wasn't due in from Darwin until 8om that night. After hours check-in fee would have costed more than the room itself. No indication of this on the Site. A last minute text which I did not see until after the 3pm hotel closure for the day. And told about the late check in and fee etc. 3pm in WA was 1.30pm NT time. Bad experience, will never book there again

Whilst this is great value for money there we're a few issues with our latest stay. 1, the security gate and door for after hours entry was left open most nights. I discovered the closing spring was broken off. 2. The Wifi was poor. 3. The televisions need updating as they would not pick up HD channels and are outdated. 4. Our microwave did not work. I could not bring these issues to staff as the desk was not attended all day. Price and location are excellent and I will stay there again.

Liked the position of the property. I liked the swimming pool, though I didn't get to use it. Facilities were good. Helpful staff. Didn't like the smells in the apartment nor in the corridors. They did help with the room smell very quickly. The room was very noisy, I didn't know what it was. Air conditioning or something, though it wasn't switched on I believe. Great value for money though and I would book again.

Convenient location. This is a mixed use property with some apartments owned and lived in and others being part of the apartment hotel. Our apartment was tired and in need of a facelift, however the servicing was good and the staff were a pleasure to seal with.

This is the second time we’ve stayed. The apartment (no. 6 both times!) was clean as were towels and sheets and had everything we needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer were so useful (not something you get in UK accommodation). Parking is a big plus and it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre shops and similar to Elizabeth Quay. The pool was utilised by my son (thanks for changing the fake grass!!) and was clean and empty both times! Check in was a breeze. We’ll be back again the next time we visit Perth!

The price for the location, made it very easy for a family of 4 to enjoy their short needed stay in perth Rooms are very generous in size, had all the facilities with restaurants and stores near by if needed. Along with a gated park at the end of the street

Great location and helpful staff. Check in time frame very limited ( between 2 and 4 pm only otherwise a fee is incurred). Be very aware of this limitation and plan accordingly.

Very conveniently located at the East end of Perth. Great kitchen facilities and bathroom. Super cold air conditioning. Indoor pool area was awesome. Bus stop for the Red Cat free bus service almost at the door or you can easily walk into the CBD.

Problem with bathroom tap was fixed promptly. I have been a regular guest for quite a few years and love having the space in an apartment and the self catering facilities - all for the price of a hotel room anywhere else!

I like the rooms big and nice kitchen and laundry are big and nice balcony .. the only downward is the car park so hard to find a spot that not reserved or taken and reception closes early.

Good sized apartment with functional facilities. Wasnt very clean, dining chairs were all loose. Floor waste grate was missing in the toilet so had a bucket sitting on top of it bed was nice and comfortable

Exceded expectations. Very comfortable large apartment with friendly helpful staff. Limitted checking in timeframe was resolved with a phone call. So close to city attractions and the indoor pool was a bonus.

Property itself fulfilled our family needs. The area out front was noisy from locals and homeless people arguing, something outwith the hotel’s control though. With the cost of living pressures, it would be nice to see the hotel offering 3 night stay specials for nearer $400 rather than the $500 we paid.

Patking was a bit confusing and the entry to the lifts werent clearly labelled. The bins were overflowing out the back. We liked the space of the room, the mezzanine pool floor, the gym and all the amenities in the room. The balcony area was clean, tidy and the view at night was nice. Our towels were nice, big and fluffy, the pillows, beds and sheets were super comfy. The TV was a bit confusing as we could only access normal tv stations, no netflix or other apps as the tv and remote said. The wifi password did not work for the TV to grant access to log in. Despite our room being upgraded, we didnt like all the mould that was in the shower in the grout, in the vents, around the shower door and in the laundry, the floor drain cap was loose/lifted and the smell of mould was definitely strong. Vacuum cleaner had a massive clump of hair on the head and it wasnt very strong, probably due to replace that vacuum. The hot water in the shower lasted only a couple of minutes and then all our showers were cold. The pool was warmer. Speaking of pool, the shower in the pool area also was not working. Interesting stay, not sure that we would be back though unless all the maintenance and plumbing is fully done (including all cracks and chips on the walls and skirting in the rooms)
