It was an ok room, all we needed for a stopover! We were given towels at no extra cost as they don’t normally supply in a side car room! No toilet or shower in these rooms, a sink yes! But toilets & showers in the hall were next to the room and both very clean! One thing is that the floor was sticking like glue, I cleaned it again myself, but it’s the actual flooring itself! Went out with black soles lol!

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, especially the lovely guy with the glasses who worked the bar. Room was clean and well-maintained, pool was clean and nice, overall good. Minor complaints would be that the beds weren’t very comfortable and the balcony door didn’t open properly. Beer at the bar was also cheap. Would stay again.

Room type was misleading

There were no private bathrooms as advertised for the room, more hostel room with shared toilet and shower. Towels are for purchase and there was clearly no rainfall showerhead.

Alors sur le site j’ai réserver une chambre avec un lit double, je suis allé, c’était deux lits simples, collés, impossible de dormir ensemble, puisque un trou au milieu, même pas un gobelet sur le Lévier, et j’ai pas été informé qu’il n’y avait pas la douche et le toilette dans la chambre ça c’était pas écrit sur l’annonce, c’est la surprise. Première fois à l'hôtel :(

A l'entrée l'accueille est très nonchalant, l'odeur vous prends directement dans le nez, fumée de cigarette froide, et ou mal aérer, devant l'entrée les gens fume et donc la fumée rentre dans l'établissement. La même odeur vous suit, tout le long de votre trajet jusqu'à la chambre. Dans la chambre, non fumeur, cette odeur est bien plus prononcée, car plus le lieu est petit, plus l'odeur est ressenti. Il y à un vieux radiateur, plus utilisé et très bancal, la fenêtre s'ouvre en grand et donc, les fumeur s'en donne à cœur joie, la preuve les taches de cigarette écrasé sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Je ne sais pas comment nous avons fait mais nous avons bien dormis.

Informations incorrectes et desastres.

Grosse déception à l'arrivée, car la chambre ne correspondait pas au descriptif sur le site hotel.com L'hotel n'en ai pas responsable, les informations ont été vérifiés avec l'hotesse d'accueil. Nous avions réservé une chambre side car car descriptif li double... Or les lits doubles sont dans les Tandem (informations onversées sur le site). Pas de salle de bain dans la chambre alors que mentionné "salle de bain privative)... Quelle honte d'envore avoir des sdb commune aux etages dans un hotel en 2024... apres ce que nous avons connus... Bref nos 2 critères de recherches et importants pour nous ne correspondaient pas du tout... Heureusement, l'hotesse d'accueil nous a permis de changer de chambre (mais avec un supplément de 8 euros et taxe de séjour à payer sur place ne correspondait pas non plus au montant annoncé...) Arrivée dans notre donc seconde chambre, pas de serviettes de bain, pas de papier toilettes... Bref, en tout 45 euros à la poubelle...

Je vous déconseille vivement l'hôtel F1 de Perpignan. L'établissement est loin d'être propre, avec des chambres qui laissent à désirer. Il y a une forte présence de dealers à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, et l'odeur de drogue est omniprésente, tant à l'accueil que dans les chambres. L'atmosphère est inquiétante et bruyante, à tel point qu'on a l'impression d'être dans un endroit mal fréquenté, presque un repère à prostituées. Un endroit à éviter si vous cherchez un séjour tranquille et sûr.

L accueil par le veilleur satisfaisant mais la chambre : très petite, sale (insectes morts, poussière, cheveux), pieds de lit cassé donc le lit qui bouge et grince, matelas dur, mitigeur de la douche défaillant: eau bouillante d un coup donc risque de brûlures. Le petit dejeuner très limité pour le prix et les tables bancales. Nous espérons un geste commercial de votre part car pour le prix payé la prestation était mediocre. Cordialement, Mme Monguillon
