"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"El apartamento fue horrible para empezar la puerta hacia la entrada del apartamento estaba como forzada,la puerta principal abierta 24h.Nada mas entrar una peste a tuberia/cloaca toda la casa tube que comprar ambientadpr y una vela .Piertas media rotas no se podia ni cerrar biien ,estubimos 8 dias sin lavadora ,estantes se la nevera rajadas ,congelador todo lleno de hielo,telarañas ppr todos sitios.Encima te piden que revises el apartamento las 4h primeras por si hay defectos que ellos ya sabran...

"I chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location near the bus station. It was ideal for both arrival and departure and within easy walking distance of the old town. The spa with a small pool was also a nice feature. The room itself, while somewhat dated, was reasonably well maintained. That said, I did find a long strand of hair on the bidet upon check-in, which was not a great first impression. The bigger issue was the service. The evening receptionist who checked me in was pleasant and friendly, but seemed unable to answer even basic questions about the area. When I asked for a restaurant recommendation, she appeared unsure how to respond. After I selected a restaurant myself, she was unable to provide directions. She also could not tell me what type of cuisine the hotel restaurant served or whether it would be open for lunch the following day. The most disappointing interaction occurred on the morning of my departure. I asked whether a late checkout might be possible. This was a weekday in June, well outside the peak tourist season, and the hotel appeared far from full. Rather than checking availability or explaining the policy, the receptionist immediately refused with a stern expression. Overall, the location is the hotel's strongest asset. The accommodations were acceptable, but the lack of local knowledge and the unhelpful attitude of some staff members detracted significantly from the experience."
