"Very remote location, check-in very quick but not given any information about the facilities on site, availability of dinner in the hotel restaurant. Room spacious, bed not very comfortable and lots of bugs. Bathroom needed redecorating and shower very small. Dinner in restaurant was excellent and good value, breakfast very good with variety. "

"It’s country living. The roosters and birds wake you up in the morning. Parking is on-site. There is no coffee or breakfast, so bring your own food and drinks. It’s a quiet little village. Laundry is available but costs 5 euro per load. The hosts speak English. The upstairs balcony is private and large. This was an okay place to stay and there are lots of things to do in nearby villages. However the amenities were disappointing and I felt a little unwelcome there. "

"The whole place seemed to be run by one person, a lady who could not speak a word of English. She was nice and all smiles, but ran the hotel rather unprofessionally. She was not to be found in the original reception, but had set up some sort of reception in the restaurant so she could cover the restaurant as well. At checkout, we had to show her a printout of our booking to get the quoted price. Many things were broken in our room. The refrigerator, the shower head mount, the soap dispenser....

"The property itself is beautiful in a historical area of Gesturi . Ignazio, the owner is very accommodating and helpful and friendly . Their family make a delicious bread from scratch for breakfast . They make wine , they make cheese, they provide fruits from their farm and more . "Honestly I can't fault anything in this resort, my family and I stayed 9 nights and can't wait to come back. the service and staff are simply excellent. They are courteous, professional, and pleasant. The cleaning of the whole site is impeccable, an army of cleaners make sure that all is in order, in very short time. The pools are lovely and well layed out, the site is stunning and the beach has perfect sand. Be sure to give Antonio a nudge for watersports, he's an absolute legend"
