Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "The restaurant was horrible. Our food order was simple, but yet took 45-55min to receive. We put it in before the dinner rush. When we asked if we could take it to go, the chef came from the back and gave my husband and I an extremely dirty look. We received our food and paid the bill. My husband even tipped them, though I feel didn’t deserve. On top of that, they didnt give us part of our order and the food was sub-par. I would have had better food/service down the street at Applebee’s. Will not be staying here again. "
