The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were respectful, friendly, and always helpful. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, even with our late arrival, which we really appreciated.
The location is a major plus! It’s only about a 5–7 minute walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Sultanahmet Square, with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. It’s a convenient base for sightseeing, especially if you want to discover Istanbul’s historic attractions on foot.

The staff were unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, and they kept saying they would send someone to check it, but the problem was never fixed. There was also no heating in the room. When we complained, they simply told us to cover ourselves well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

Lovely room in a wonderful hotel that is very well located and with very friendly and helpful staff. It was a shame that the spa operated on a segregated basis with different hours for men and women. We did however enjoy have a good hamman and massage as a couple in another nearby hotel.
