No the wonderful Stella on reception checked me in,looked after my luggage and allowed me to take full advantage of the All Inclusive facilities. Even though my room wouldn't be ready foe afew hours. Everything was wonderful the view, the food, the drinks, the service. Cant rate this little hidden gem of a hotel. Miss it at your peril. Outstanding Outstanding. "
