The shower clogged multiple times and called the front desk a couple times and they never came. Said the order was canceled and I never asked for a cancellation. I asked for additional towels to help with the flood, but never came. Disappointing.

I understand it's an eco-friendly hotel but finding 3 very large roaches in my bathroom our first night was shocking.
