"We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us. "

"What a hidden gem!! Such a cute little cottage and perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and neat. Check in was super easy! I like the parking aspect as well, right by our cottage! Very safe feeling and well maintained."

"Renovating hotel. New management 1 month ago. High ladder almost blocking entrance door outside our room. No safety rails in bath tub/shower, bed uncomfortable, no kleenex at all, tv remote low batteries, no clock in room. Have stayed 2 times in the past, no problems. Will definitely pass next time through town"
