"Family of 4 stayed for nearly a week. The hotel was conveniently located to the airport. The room was clean. The room attendants were attentive, friendly and personable. The primary food attendant (should have notated her name) during breakfast was consistently friendly and ensured breakfast was stocked and area was continuously cleaned. Alice was very knowledgeable about the hotel industry and made excellent suggestions for the Pensacola area for our multi-generational family Spring Break vacation. The spacious lobby and game area were perfect for quietly winding down after long days at the beaches and other trip activities."

"The hotel its self needs a deep clean from top down. The white blankets on the bed were dirty and had other guest hair on them. The lobby and the lobby bathrooms were dirty. The elevator was also dirty and an alarm was on inside for the two days we were there. The breakfast buffet was chaotic with lack of flow. The milk was chunchy and the bread had mold on it. We will not be returning to this location. "
