6/10 Okay

"Very clean and safe, but also very spartan. The breakfast lacked in oh so many ways. There was no basic creamer for my coffee, only the sugar-laden stuff with a pump bottle. There were some granola bars, and hard boiled eggs in the fridge. There were some prepackaged muffins, and some small containers of yogurt. If breakfast is the most important meal of the day for you, you will need to provide it yourself. If you intend to use the kitchenette in your room, you will need to get the dishes kit from the front desk. The cooktop is not intuitive and I had to have the front desk tell me how to turn it on. The space was clean, and plenty of parking. I didnt use the laundry or gym area, but they appeared to be well lit and functional."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last two years and I used to very much enjoy it. My last two visits have been terrible. The food has gone down hill and my room and bathroom was not clean. The area to buy snacks was half empty. The food is expensive and there were two nights it was literally inedible because it was not cooked all the way. Very sad this was my go to for my work trips to Colorado but I will not be back."

"Hotel was just nasty. I booked it for 3 nights and I cancelled the last 2 nights. The lobby carpet was so dirty. It took almost 30 mins just to check in with only 2 people ahead of me. I originally requested the 1st floor due to disability on one of the party that was with me and it was not given. The room was not cleaned. The carpet was never vacuumed and there was a fake eyelash on the night stand and the refrigerator did not work. Breakfast was not appealing either. Coffee area had a dirty coffee station. I then later found out another guest complained about their room was also dirty as I was checking out.. Hotel is not recommended."

"We loved it and wished we could stay longer! The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The beds were great. I appreciated the quite room across the hall with comfortable chairs and tables for playing games. The grounds were spectacular and unforgettable! And, we've never had a better breakfast anywhere. Our stay fed body, soul, and spirit. We can't wait to go back!!"

"The bathroom and bedroom were dirty. Toothpaste in tub, hair in tub and bathroom floor. Marks in sink and wall. Floor was dirty with dirt/debris and floor was sticky. Arrived at midnight as noted in Rez. They couldn’t make a key due to 12-1am key outage nightly. They placed me at the opposite end of the front desk on the basement. It was a long ways away and I was tired. Not a great experience - would not recommend this hotel. It’s tired and need new mgmt and trained housekeepers."
