"We have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. We had a 2 queen room which was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and a safe in our room. Parking is free. The only thing lacking here is a more substantial breakfast: better variety of hot and cold items. Everything had to be microwaved. There is water, coffee and tea available 24 hours. The Tavern Restaurant next door has great food, reasonable prices and they are open until 1 am. There is Sunoco gas, Tops Market and Laurentide Brewery within 2 blocks. Within a 5 minute walk, there are many other shops and restaurants, ie Angels Diner and Wagners. Our group socialized in the lobby each night."
"Microtel in Geneva - Overall, the room worked perfectly well for HWS commencement weekend and was a good value for the price. Our room was clean but seemed dated with large mirrors covering the entire wall behind the bed. This was strange and distracting but since we were mostly just in the room for sleeping, it ended up not being a significant issue. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We didn’t hear a lot of hallway noises during the night, which was nice, but the shades do not completely darken the room, so some light does come in from streetlights and the sun first thing in the morning. The toilet was odd where we had to hold down the handle for the entire time it was flushing. I worried that it would suddenly stop working, but it worked fine and was apparently just finicky. The breakfast was sufficient - it was convenient to grab a bite to eat and a cup of coffee to go. If you are vegan there are not many choices except fruit and bagels, just fyi. The blow dryer in the bathroom was super powerful and that was a nice surprise. Hotel staff were friendly and the lobby smelled like cinnamon from the cookies they set out each day. A very pleasant stay overall and less expensive than other hotels in the area. Parking is plentiful."
"The facility was very inviting. The rooms are big, well spaced and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Would certainly stay at the resort when we are travelling to the finger lakes area."
"Great location with wonderful views of Seneca Lake. Large rooms, quiet, but bed and pillows were too hard for us. Were told beforehand that the restaurant would not be open, but it actually was, did not eat there. Okay continental breakfast, decent coffee. Good spot if you’re on the wine trail."

"We stayed for the view of Seneca lake. The shower handle was off, the safe didn’t work and the pool was shut down because they were waiting on repairs and the windows looking into the pool room were broken. We chose this Hotel because Expedia gave it a great review. The outside garden landscaping was completely overgrown and needs attention. The only positive was the restaurant had great food. "
