"The hotel is very nice. It was convenient to our event at the York Expo Center. The only downside was our room was located near the indoor pool. Although the pool closed at 9 pm, a large group stayed past that time and were very loud until close to midnight. Then the next night there was a group of kids running through the halls and banging on doors. Customer service was excellent, they addressed our issues when informed. The restaurant was also very good. "

Nice place to stay
"Clean, comfortable. The only thing I did not care for was the shower because the shower door/wall is stationary - you cannot open or close it. Which means, you have to get in it to turn it on and be hit with cold water before it gets hot. Also, because the water is soft (you know, the kind of water that makes you feel like you can't get the soap off?), and because the shower is long - the floor has a slippery feel to it. As an older person (71) I was nervous walking on it or just standing there to wash myself. The shower was the only thing I didn't care for - oh, and the water pressure, which was next to none. Everything else was fine."
