The staff was wonderful and the gentleman at check in was super helpful and friendly. I would rank this hotel more of a 3 or good value. No coffee machine, very few towels although getting more was easy. Only a couple of drawers so no way to really unpack.
We were told the pool was open and heated but when we got there it wasn't open.
For the price it was good!

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Staying here was the cherry on top of a great holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities were excellent, food was lovely and our oceanview room was A1. Next trip, I’ll bring the whole family :D
