"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes ..."
