"Very unwelcoming by indifferent staff. Room had good view of beach but noisy and spoilt by dreadful curtains - had to stand on chair to close and open as they kept getting stuck. Was woken at 5am by an alarm going off and when we went to check out at 9.30 reception not manned so couldn’t even ask ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
