This was a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. It is close to the historic downtown, so lots of places to eat and drink within a few blocks.

While the staff was amazing and did their best, the developers/owners really should have spent more money in the flip. The windows may as well have been open for the lack of sound proofing.

The walls were paper thin and the guests above us had screaming stomping toddlers. The area was run down and we saw 4 different dumpster divers; the dumpsters were just right outside our door. The dumpsters were emptied at 6am! Terrible

It was disappointing to arrive and find out that the room I booked wasn’t available and the hot tub was out of order. Then, there was no ice available. Also, if you want to want to watch TV you need to have a device that can utilize chromecast. The room was nice enough, the bed was comfortable. The towels are thin and the shower is really small. For under $100, I guess it’s good. I was just really looking forward to the hot tub after my long drive. That’s why I booked this location.

This property is clean, easily accessible, good price point, & modern. A little too modern for us with the TV situation- you must be subscribed to a streaming service in order to use the TV. This was frustrating to try to link our phones to the TV (took us almost 2 hours to get one phone linked & was not able to link my phone so did not have access to the TV at all. Went to ask for help & staff were in other rooms helping folks link). Bed is comfortable & entire room is clean, I didn't mark this as excellent due to the TV situation.

Property was close to downtown for event. Check in staff very nice and professional. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Very large gabs around door, up to 1/2 inch on bottom of the door. Water pressure in shower was not much more than a heavy mist. Everything was quiet until it got dark out, then people yelling, skateboarding in and out of sidewalk and up and down stairs at random times until 1am. 1:30 am someone yelling at someone to get out of here you peeping Tom! Other yelling and shouting.

The decor is very cute and up to date. The beds are good. The space in the room is on the small side, but thoughtfully arranged. The lobby is cute; the amenities are basic (free coffee, no breakfast). If we had realized that neither the pool nor the hot tub was operating, we might have stayed elsewhere; the sauna is very cute and available self-service year round. The staff is very nice and efficient.

Great stay! This is an older motel in old town Pendelton that has been recently and tastefully remodeled. The beds are super comfortable, linens are high quality, bathroom small but modern, with all desired accessories. Quiet rooms. Very comfortable overall.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the Motolodge. There were some issues at check in but Megan was accommodating. There is only one towel in the bathrooms and one roll of toilet paper. The baseboards were dusty and the shower wasn’t very clean. The bed was comfy and there some nice touches with the remodel. Great for a short stay.

Clean, updated older motel. Very comfy bed, friendly informative staff. So nice to have fresh, good quality coffee available at front desk instead of the usual insipid make your own stuff! Nice touch!

What started out awesome ended up BS!
Everything was awesome until i received a charge for $250 AFTER i checked out. To find out they are stating that the room smelled of urine and my dog pee’d all over the floors…there was a dog pee pad in the bathroom, where my 2 lb dog obviously used to go to the bathroom, that my son forgot to pick up and put in the garbage when we checked out. So much for being a “pet friendly” hotel; obviously for a pretty penny!! I stay in hotels almost weekly all year round and this it outrageous. i don’t mess up rooms i’m barely in the rooms to clean up and sleep. Never been told by other “pet friendly” hotels that i have to pay for carpet cleaning etc on account of my dog. I THOUGHT i would patronize this place again in the future and recommend but no way will I give them any good ratings or recommendations.
This is TINY, this is their complaint! yeah, she really messed up their room!

Nice staff; beds are comfortable, but it’s too easy and painful to stub your toe or bruise your shin tripping on the bed-stand legs; water isn’t very hot and takes forever to arrive. Noisy food truck started up at 5:45 am and was still running when we left at 6:30. Room was really cold when we arrived, but had warmed up by the time we got back from dinner.

I came into town not knowing how long I would need to be accommodated, but I was able to update my stay without issue. Coffee happens to be free every morning. So are Molly’s awesome smiles if you’re lucky enough to check in on her shift. Seriously, her smile will kill you. They have a secret weapon of sweetness.

This place is super cute and gives a feel of the old motels with a modern twist. Rooms are fully renovated. However, when we got to our room it was super cold and it took a long time to get it to warm up. It would be good for them to have the rooms warmed up before guest arrived. Also we had issues withe tv and the water in the sink for hot wster was super small stream. Beds where very comfy!

The motel was fine. For the price I paid it was pretty much what I expected. Staff was good, the room was clean, the traffic noise wasn't too bad after the bars closed. The only complaint I have is that there was no regular TV in the room; only streaming. That should have been noted in the advertising.

Very helpful front desk. When I went to buy laundry detergent, I left my key behind. He brought it to me in the laundry, shortly after I had discovered it missing. The room is strangely furnished. It occupies the full width of the building and has two entrance doors, but very little furniture. We enjoyed the space but could have used some more counter-level surfaces to spread out on.

It’s a cute place BUT ….
I really wanted this to be a 10 but the TV did not work. It only allows android streams and I could not solve the issue- even to log in to Netflix. Front desk did not know how to fix. Room was very clean and I liked the decor. The hot water in sink was a trickle and my hubby hated how soft the mattress was- I slept fine. Megan at Front Desk was helpful and she had no control over the issues we had.
