"An amazing property "

"Excellent customer Service with neat and clean property. Closed to Shopping Mall center. Very convenient to go around using Uber or Concierge services. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Except my TV didn't work at all during my stay although I brought it to the attention of staff 3 times since the day I checked in. Each time Maintenance personnel told me that it will be fixed soon, but it never happened Staff should take care of stuff like this especially when guest is staying for 6 nights, otherwise I enjoyed my stay."

"Beautiful hotel in a city center, close to everything. We received the best service when we arrived there. Breakfast was also very nice, it was a buffet style with good selection, but you can also place an order if you like something else. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! "

"Best location in Porto. The exits on the top and bottom of the hotel give you direct access to both levels of the bridge giving excellent access to the river walk or town without all the climbing. Very pleasant staff, great restaurants and bars. Lots of secret little places to sit with stunning views. House keeping shorted us towels and coffee the final day but everything else was so stellar, who cares. "
