"This is a hidden Gem! Family owned and operated resort. The sweetest and most helpful people you would ever want to meet. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. "Our first trip to Bali these people are wonderful people and staff were wonderful. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a hot shower. There wasn’t enough continuous hot water. Maybe we’re spoiled, but we paid quite a bit per night for this room even more than we paid other places, I would expect to be able to take a five minute hot shower even a three minute hot shower."

"We loved staying at Plataran Menjagen. The beautiful Villa was extraordinary. The Eco-Friendly resort had every thing we had hoped for and more with monkeys and deer running around and coming close to our Villa. The Villa had a sand beach and lagoon. We had the lagoon and beach all to ourselves. The surrounding environment is gorgeous. Very clean and beautiful plants everywhere. A wonderful restaurant a few feet away from our Villa. The Spa therapists were incredible!!! Breakfast is fantastic! The best snorkeling we have ever experience . We hired a boat and an employee joined us. We went to three different places to snorkel. We felt as though we were in an aquarium. So many fish, turtles and even a eel that was 5 feet long. Menjangen Plataran is a Five star Destination."

"Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time. Food was delicious. Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys. We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. Maybe a few small negatives but they’re not worth mentioning as no place is perfect. You will not regret staying here. And Lovina is great place to visit. Wish we had more time to explore this region."
