Room needed some work- no shelf in the shower, floorboards chipped, dirty walls. We had to pay a daily resort fee when we checked in. However, there was no daily room service and we had to go to the lobby daily to ask for more shower wash cloths, shampoo/body wash (very small bottles). When I asked for new wash cloths and beach towels, they didn’t have any clean in the morning for guests.

We specifically asked for a non-smoking room but somehow when after we went out (after checked in) then came back to hotel, our room smells cigarette.
