"had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Suites Greenville Airport. My flight was delayed, so I arrived around 1:30 a.m. After waking up and getting ready for my niece’s graduation, I discovered a dirty washcloth in the bathroom with hair and what appeared to be feces on it. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the employee apologized and promised me a clean room later that day once rooms became available. When I returned that evening around 9:30 p.m., another employee named Lauren acted as if she did not remember the conversation until I reminded her she had been sitting at the front counter during the original discussion. She then told me no other room was available and that my only option was to stay in the same room because “it appeared clean” after she checked it herself. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I wasn’t even focused on getting a refund — I simply wanted a properly cleaned room as promised earlier. Instead, I had to leave late at night and find another hotel near midnight. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again."

"As soon as you pull into the parking lot you can tell that this is a very organized clean property. Very clean parking lot. Grass cut all gardening was nice and super presentable. Staff was awesome. Spent like an hour speaking with Josh (manager) and another front desk agent. They were both awesome and super attentive. Rooms and entire hotel very clean. Breakfast was good. Place is well worth the money."

"Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good property location also. However, the air-conditioning is loud and inefficient. The hallways is loud woth every door opening and closing hard. Makes for a tough event getting a good nights sleep."

"Room was clean and spacious. All kitchen utensils must be supplied by customer. Laundry room was large with multiple washer and dryer’s. Staff were helpful and friendly. Now here are my complaints, fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Other rooms were very loud during the middle of the night. I had multiple rooms playing loud music all through the night. Hotel is worth the price but some of the customers made it hard me to enjoy."
