Room is spacious. Bed is ok. But toilet not very clean and aircond is leaking. We arrived past 9pm but nobody at counter. Need to call a few times. Hotel is ok for short stay

Convenience location near to the main road
Hot water filter & pipe in the bathroom is not function at all. I've manage to complained to the staff & they allowed us to use another room but disappointing because out of 3 empty room none of the water filter is functioning! Finally I've to boil a water with a cattle that I took from another room since my room don't have that cattle facilities. I hope the management will read this and action to the matters.

Bad front service. I had to wait for half an hour as the receptionist told me that the payment for booking has not been paid (????) The hotel voucher itself has stated the booking is fully paid. Bad toilet condition.
