Home2 Suites by Hilton Shreveport

"I reported to the front desk that the floor in my room needed to be vacuumed. No one came so I saw a vacuum in the hallway I vacuumed my room myself. Also, I only saw one washcloth. I reported that to the front desk and never received additional washcloths. I saw a housekeeper between floors and asked for additional ones. The place was pleasant and the staff was friendly and kind."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The only complaint I have is when I checked in, the front desk lady did not state when breakfast was and literally told people before me. Maybe she felt she didn’t have to tell me or was just somewhat racist, I don’t know. The housekeeping staff was extraordinary. The lady made my bed the next morning and replenish my towels. Yes, I gave her a tip and she was very nice. Other than that, all was well."
