"The breakfast was very good. We stayed 2 nights. A delicious veggie/cheese omelet with potatoes and sliced smoked sausage was the breakfast our first morning. However, only one serving was there except for the potatoes. It took nearly an hour to replace these items. There was no work g ice ma home on our floor. When we reported it, the staff was not aware."

"Everything was very good. I would like to suggest that for the handicapped rooms that they install a automatic door openers. For a handicapped person trying to open the heavy door is almost impossible. Lastly as far as the bed went it wasn't horrible but the mattress and pillows for a top end hotel could have been better."

"I booked a handicap-accessible room and was assigned a room with a tub vs a walk-in shower. We managed that part OK, but if the room was indeed supposed to be for a handicapped person(s), the toilet a standard 14" height toilet vs a Handicap height toilet which is 17". That extra 3" height makes a LOT of difference to most handicapped people! Also, the only chair in the room was a low ARMLESS chair stuck in one corner. As someone with back and leg issues, the chair was practically unusable. Other than these discrepancies, we enjoyed the visit. Friendly staff and breakfast was nice!"

She is always so polite, helpful, and supportive, and she makes checking in quick and easy. She also takes the time to share helpful information about breakfast and everything the hotel has to offer. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Miss V, I probably would not have booked at this hotel. She is truly the reason I will continue to come back.
