"The staff is warm and very helpful. 4 out of 5 because the hot tub was not very hot and the wifi needs to be upgraded. My apps kept buffering due to the slow internet connection. Centrally located in summersville and easily accessible to the high way. Plenty of fast food options that are 1-3 minute drive or a few ones that are walkable off hotel premises. An older property for sure…will recommend for the warm service and accessibility."

"I was in Snowshoe to enjoy the great outdoors and really didn’t care much about my hotel set up. that being said, I was pleasantly surprised. The property was gorgeous and the room nicely appointed. Definitely appreciated having radiant heat in the floor of the bathroom, even though it was summer! Look forward to coming back and enjoying a winter with you you need to use the fireplace in the room‼️❤️ no"
