"My room was not clean when I went to the bathroom , there was the previous occupant towel still hanging in the shower, cigarette butt from the previous occupant in the shower and the new towels that was supposed to be cleaned were stained, and there was hair in them and the shower. When I opened the refrigerator, a roach fell out when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night because they refused to move me to a cleaner room. There were a family of roaches in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked them, Could they move me in a clean room and they told me that there wasn’t any available but I walked passed plenty vacant non-smoking one bed rooms downstairs that they refuse to give me. they put me in a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room. I will never go back to this location and I urge anyone reading this do not go here. The continental breakfast that they advertise was the bare minimum and if their rooms look like that, I wouldn’t want to eat anything that they prepare. Save your money. I can see why they have a non refundable policy. "
