"The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were always available. The room we stayed in had the smoke alarm hanging off the wall. The hotel did not replenish any of the items automatically or clean our room even when we requested them to. We stayed 3 nights and needed to ask for more towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper... The elevator broke while we were there. I stepped on an open pocket knife (luckily had shoes on) that the worker left in the middle of the carpet on my way to the pool. Good things: the breakfast, the pool was open, and it was quiet at night. The heat and AC worked. The room was nice. "

"We were very impressed with our stay!! The rooms were updated, spacious, and very clean! The breakfast had many things to choose from and very delicious. The hors d’oeuvres were amazing and many things to choose from!! They had all the drink choices you would want and very comfortable dining area! The fitness room and pool areas were very clean and equipment and pools very nice! You could tell it was all kept up. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay again!! We appreciate it all and very friendly staff!! "

"The staff is fine, they can only do so much.. hotel itself is not recommended. There was no hot water thru my entire stay of 10 days. They kept saying someone would come out. For being a hotel you would expect that to be taken care of within 24-48 hours but the staff just made it look like it’s normal. You get what you paid for which I was just staying there to sleep, weed smoking outside, smells like dog pee as it’s a pet friendly hotel. Just really disappointed.. I expected some things but hot water.. really needs a new owner as the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend, pay $10 more per night down the street. "
