"The property is very pretty. The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly whether you were at the restaurants, by the pool, the beach or the hotel desk. It didn't mtatter. They have impeccable manners. The rooms are well decorated. The food is delicious. There is so much variety. The menu changes practically daily at both the buffet and Colin's(another eating spot). The only criticism(s) i have is that altgough the nightly entertainers are very talented and wonderful, I wish that the entertainment was more lively at times especially for the younger guests for more dancing as well as more daily activities. I guess this maybe due to the fact that it is a smaller resort. However, they tend to make up for it by booking excursions or activities outside the resort. They also reserve transportation so you can travel back and forth. I highly recommend this resort and would return again. My family and i really loved it ❤️🥰❣️"

"My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. If you’re looking for a VERY quiet stay here is the place to be. If not and you prefer activities & nightly entertainment try somewhere else. For us that was the only downside to this hotel, we’re well travelled and expected “adult only hotel” = entertainment, late nights, music etc. Even the bar that’s usually a lively atmosphere was silent and most guests went to bed early. Nevertheless the property itself and rooms were on point, the beach was footsteps away which we preferred to the pool, its rocky in the beginning but once you get past that there’s sand. They provide a ferry to other sister hotels if you want a change in scenery and also Treasure hotel a few footsteps away you can have dinner at no extra cost, we had his birthday dinner there and had some fun, there was a guy singing guests favorite songs and dancing. The House staff were f’in amazing and knew our name after 2days. The warm welcome from the receptionist can’t remember her name (glasses), Tupac who answered any questions we had or help we needed, Ms Pat the omelet Queen, Agnes who always made sure we were good, Ria, Sophie, Shantelle, Terry, Rawle, Devere the Barman that we hung out at the bar with at night and had great conversations, the Spa girls, housekeepers and the associates who’s names I don’t remember, thank you. You all made our stay enjoyable, we came as guests and left as family. To the Owners/Mgrs you have an amazing team they deserve a raise!!!"

"Loved this place! Will never forget how friendly the staff was EVERYDAY! They always made you feel welcomed and the orientation was real good. They are able to book your daily itentary and provide transportation to and from each event. Rest assure you don't half to do anything but trust them! The food was amazing! (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) The unlimited bar was nice as well. Would book with them or any sister or brother hotel resort."

"Overall this place was a great place to vacation!!! By the time we left we were in love with the place however it took couple days to find the love. We have seen lots of all inclusives. There is nothing wrong with Waves… it is just small. Less restaurant choices; no food available at the beach; no bar at the beach. No big shoes at nighttime. No organized activities during the day. It is a small quiet relaxed resort. People do come and serve you drinks at the beach. It is just different. Once you get passed the fact that is quaint, small and different then you are GOLDEN!! Most people were super helpful and super fun! We all loved it"
