"We had an amazing stay at Legian Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The location is perfect, right on the beach and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and everything Legian has to offer. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well maintained and have a real Balinese feel. We stayed in a private pool villa, which was fantastic. It offered plenty of privacy, was very clean and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and everything was fresh and well presented. The pools were excellent, and the beachfront setting made it easy to enjoy Bali's beautiful sunsets. A special thank you to all the staff who helped make our holiday memorable. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Bali. "Our stay at W Resort was truly unforgettable. We traveled from the U.S. and stayed for approximately eight days, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations from Airport pickup to arrival at resort. The staff was absolutely beautiful—warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. This was some of the best customer service we have ever received. By day three, team members throughout the resort knew our names, remembered our preferences, and always seemed to know exactly where we were or what we needed before we even asked. The property itself is stunning, spotless, and fully maintained. The beach was beautifully kept, the grounds were peaceful, and the entire resort felt luxurious while still being comfortable for our family. Traveling with two teenagers can sometimes be challenging, but this resort made everything easy. It was close to beach clubs, tours, and family-friendly activities, and the staff helped schedule everything effortlessly. The food was superb. Dinner every night felt like dining at a Michelin-level restaurant, and breakfast each morning was absolute perfection. What truly makes W Valley Resort special is the people. The entire team was at our beck and call in the best way possible, always professional, thoughtful, and kind. Thank you for making our trip to Bali so special and worth every mile traveled. We cannot speak highly enough of this property, the service, and the incredible staff."

"Property is big, buffet breakfast is crowded, small selection and feels like a battle just to get some food. No order with people pushing in. Pool is nice, problem is no shade while in the water and people leaving towels on loungers for hours while they are not even around, needs to be policed to give people access. Plenty of lounges by the beach though. Rooms and linen outdated, linen definitely due for replacement. Grounds are very well kept. In a great spot but unlikely to stay there again."

"We absolutely loved this property, with wonderful, spacious villas nestled amongst rice fields. The property was incredibly peaceful right outside the main part of Ubud. The service was excellent, and the hot air balloon ride was an unexpected treat."
