"The room was fresh and spotless. However, it took multiple phone calls to get access code to room; it then had to be changed several times as it did not work. On the second night the television was not working. After 90 minutes on the phone it was deemed that it was no longer working. On both instances I was speaking to someone offsite. Both were very apologetic and understood my frustration. I would like a partial refund. "

"I didn't use the pool or eat breakfast so I have no opinion. The room was clean and adequate. I liked that my second floor balcony did not face the pool (by choice), so I had some privacy. My only negative was difficulty with the TV. There were constant pop ups that I couldn't figure how to stop. I found it annoying. "
