Well appointed compact rooms, Clean & well maintained toilets. Good housekeeping services. The breakfast spread was good but could have been better. The restaurant service is excellent.

The amenities were good. Staff were great. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the room. The sofa had black stains all over, the carprt in the room looked dirty and torn at places. In the bathroom, the tile had a permanent yellow stain all over.

Hyatt Hinjewadi - good stay
Attended a medical workshop in Pune central. The hotel really has fantastic rooms and the small lounge area really makes a difference. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you for that. The two issues I have with this hotel is its breakfast and gym. Breakfast really needs to be improved a lot. The juices available, although fitting in with local traditions, were really not nice. Cucumber juice for breakfast? And melon while nice on their own, does not make a great breakfast juice. Good ol' orange juice will do the trick. I saw so many oranges from India in the markets around Pune, why not get a machine for freshly squeezing juice then and there? And the bacon.....was sad! Even the chicken sausages were sad. The local cuisine for breakfast (Idli, Dosa, Paneer etc) was great, but unfortunately your hotel does cater to visitors who would enjoy western breakfast as well. Please make an effort to get some nice protein-things for breakfast. Eggs were great, but there is a gap. In the breakfast. Lastly, the gym needs more cardio equipment, such as a rower and proper cycling/spinning machine. The treadmills are fine but while giving guests a bit more options will be great. The weights section however was good. All 'n all a great place, just needs some touches here and there

I like Hyatt Place all over
Value for money hotel on the outskirts of Pune. Rooms are large and staff is super friendly. Morning buffet breakfast is elaborate.

Great and comfortable stay
Checked in at 2 am and were badly hungry and tired. The biryani and khichdi they served was awsome and perfect room to retire. Breakfast spread was good. Priyanka Patil who handles pastries her muffins are must to have.

Stay was really good and I enjoyed the service given by the staff and housekeeping folks. However just a request to add more vegetarian options for breakfast as I can almost see things with eggs and less option for vegetarian's.

Though far from Pune city, relaxed stay
The only negative experience was the food, room service. We ordered a simple lunch of rice, 3 rotis, dal fry, matar paneer and stewed vegetables. For Rs 1900, the portions were very generous, enough for 3-4 people. While the stewed vegetables and rice (it was a huge portion, we regretted that quite a bit had to be wasted) was ok, the dal and paneer dishes were disappointing. But the breakfast was good. Nice spread, good options even for those with gluten allergies. It's 40-45 minutes away from Pune, so for those who have to visit the city, this might not be the best place to stay. But with hardly any traffic jam, we didn't mind the trip to the city and back. Despite the regrettable room service lunch, I'd give a 5/5 for the overall experience. Other factors like cleanliness, noise-free environment, comfortable bed, very helpful and friendly staff, economical tariff (we stayed there on a Sunday) more than made up for the food.

Okay but not good enough value for the money
The staff are good at a personal level and try hard, but the facilities are far from the best. The bathroom flush would not stop leaking water continuously (and would often not flush), and could not be be fixed even after two tries by the hotel plumber (in my two-nights stay). There is no tap in the bathroom (other than the showers), and the overhead shower itself leaks water even when the hand-shower is used. The room is also a fair bit smaller than what one can get for the same price elsewhere, which will matter if you have more than one person occupying it. The cuisine in the hotel's restaurant (which is not very child-friendly) is also not the best if you're a vegetarian. The location of the hotel is inconvenient if your work is in Pune proper rather than in the IT area of Hinjewadi.

Luxurious and comfortably relaxing hotel
It was an amazing experience and staff was very co-operative from manager to housekeeping all the services were excellent and great hospitality. Value for money and great room comfort and ambiance so many things were available in d room.

Only lukewarm water in the taps. Very crowded urban location. May be convienient for some but don't stay here unless you need to be here. Offered an airport shuttle at 5x the price of Uber.

Convinient location, very near to express highway
Over all experience was good. The front desk staff was helpful. Although this looked like a Budget and Business hotel by Hyatt Group so services were limited and family stay was not much expected. Food and spread in Breakfast was good. The staff at Breakfast for help were helpful and courteous.

Easy to reach from Mumbai
I chose this hotel because it is near Mumbai-Pune highway. It's easy to reach from and get back to Mumbai. The hotel is in Hingwadi area which is a sort of an Industrial Region so you can't expect any sightseeing abroad. The hotel lobby is okay and so are the rooms. After having stayed in Park Hyatt before this hotel seems like a Lite version. Going to Pune city and coming back took me around 4 hours. So I would say this is a place for people looking to be around Hingwadi for some business.
