"The staff was nothing but pleasant and the eating options were great, it was clean and organized, there were plenty of things to do in the resort itself to spend a well spent day of resting and I also loved that the resort works with local activities and we can schedule in the hotel."

Even left my $200.00;pair of sneakers to dry in the sun. Still there when I returned. Very accommodating staff. Just commicate your needs and wants and it probably will happen. First time to Costa Rica and the people i met and the staff were extremely nice friendly and willing to share their experiences so you can make a decision on what you want to do. Awesome job pumilio staff. Very impressive. I have stayed atvthe waldorf in NYC and Hyatt grand central. And i received better service at pumilio Thank you again!"

"What a great experience! Everything and everyone was Top Drawer! Beautiful setting! Great food! The Pina Coladas!!!! Nice pool area and very relaxing atmosphere! The family of iguanas were fun to watch! Waves and water were warm and easy to manage! FANTASTIC SUNSETS! Great location with plenty of food and drinks around! Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Everything is first class all the way. You are treated with respect and professionalism. The staff are all very nice. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and accessories. "It just wasn't what we were expecting. The sunset views and the beach, well Playa Blanca was breathtaking. Playa Mantas was pretty dirty and we only stayed there long enough to find out how to get to Playa Blanca. The breakfast was probably the best part and most accurate. I was traveling with my mother and we both have mobility issues. Maybe I did not research enough but I was under the impression that the beach was "steps" from the resort and they could accommodate mobility issues. We requested a room with h"
