"Room great. Staff friendly "

"One of the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Woken up by the constant noise from the maids cleaning in the morning. Vacuuming outside my room. I can hear the whole conversation from next door especially the kids waking up at 6am!!!! Also I can’t even look out from my window as it’s blocked by a massive sign from the shopping mall down stairs. In my option my room should not be sellable ( it’s a family room and over €350 a night! ) Terrible stay. Avoid at all cost. "

"Had an issue with large bug. Jr. Mngt dis what they could. When Sr. Mngt got involved it was lip service. Showed them a hole in the wall where there was sawdust that obviously was from bugs chewing thru. Asked them to have maintenance plug rhe hole. They answered yes but it didnt happen. They offered to move us amd said it was.the identical room. We went to view it but it was a down grade a few doors down the hall from our room. Didnt offer any type of refund for the downgrade so we declined. Didn't feel like the new room wouldn't have the same insect issue. Mngt said with construction on the road out front insects are moving around. So obviously I wasn't the 1st guest to have this problem. "

"Had a wonderful 2 day stay in Barcelona- hotel close to many restaurants and attractions. Will stay here again in the future ! "
