"Great hotel! Clean and safe"

"The customer service is great! Breakfast is good, and the area is well maintained. The hotel should have more specific rooms for pets and smokers. The hotel smells like wet dog, the rooms have unpleasant smell. Swimming pool area has bees, unable to enjoy without getting stung."

"In room coffee maker not working properly. No towel racks in bathroom, but nicely remodeled, especially new shower doors. In room refrigerator not level and makes noise. Thermostat was difficult to use."

"Noisy! Lots of slamming doors. Police presence one morning 5 cop cars to be exact. Not sure what was happening."

"The room was very clean, bed slept good. The AC unit was quiet and worked as it should. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and it was a good experience the entire 6 nights. Price was reasonable. Good hot breakfast every morning. I have absolutely no complaints. This was my second stay and will stay again if I am in Sierra Vista."
