"Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

"The villa is situated in a great location, a short walk to the local bakery and 10 mins walk max to the beach with lots of excellent restaurants on the beachfront. The accommodation was basic but for the price it had everything we needed. It was clean, housekeeper comes daily and the pool was a good temperature. All in all, it was a great stay."

"Unbelievable stay. One of the most scenic places on our entire trip. Our room which was of good size and adequate amenities had a patio that overlooked the pool, cypress trees, and the ocean. It was like being at an Italian villa waking up to that view every morning. The pool was also an incredible addition to the stay. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. "The hotel was clean and really nice to stay at. The staff knew your name and were really friendly and always said hello, even kitchen and cleaning staff that weren’t front of house. All round a great experience and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble."
