my kids found a cockroach in our bedroom, im not sure how long we had it we stayed 2 nights and just checked out , we had to take iur clothes to wash cause who knows could be contaminated.
The hotel suited our bedroom when I went down and talked to the receptionist,
what I asked is compensate for our inconvenience also to ruin our memory , I did not received a single call just an email indicating they are waving the additional cost worth of 50 Euro
I would to refund the whole staying

Nous avons aimé notre séjour d’une nuit après un long vol . Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le rooftop. Nous n’avons pas vraiment aimé le quartier, un peu loin du centre-ville et malpropreté .

Centrally located to the airport and the train station. Really great place to stay on your last day in Italy! Literally got off the train and the hotel was there and the front desk staff called us a taxi and we were on time for our flight!!!
