Perfect little gem.

Great hotel for our one night stay!
We had a lovely stay for our family of 4 plus our dog. Nothing was too much trouble and they were quite strict with covid rules!

We were happy with the location as it was just a short walk to the old city In addition, there were hikes into the hills and meadows just up the street with lovely wildflowers.

Lovely place. Conveniently located. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Complimentary Prosecco or bier to welcome you. Parking on site in garage with lift to your floor. Includes breakfast. Friendly staff! Loved the sketches of Passau in the room and throughout the property.

Just a well maintained property and the staff was friendly and helpful all the time. The location is superb for walking into the City obtains cruises on the Donau and readily accessible to cab service if needed. In house private parking as well. Our last night in Europe and thus hotel is right near the top as our favorite

The atrium.
This is a very nice place to stay. Location is great. Nice and clean. Breakfast was quite good, but I felt a little expensive. Nice to get a complementary beer/sparkling wine.

Haben mehr erwartet..
Das Hotel war leicht zu finden. Von außen sieht es sehr schön aus. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Sehr groß und geräumig. Das Bad sehr groß, allerdings unvorteilhaft genutzt. Mehr Platz für das WC wäre sinnvoll. Der andere Teil des Badezimmers steht einfach leer. Die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein und der Boden war in den Ecken sehr dreckig, da hat man wohl schon länger nicht mehr staubgesaugt. Die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Löcher, der Fön war leider kaputt. Den Wellness Bereich wollten wir nutzen aber dieser ist leider gar nicht schön. Der sehr kleine Whirpool steht direkt am Eingang-sehr ungemütlich. Darauf haben wir dann verzichtet. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hat alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommen. Auch der Straßenverkehr lässt sich kaum ausblenden. Die Vorhänge mussten immer zugezogen werden, da man sonst andauernd in unser Zimmer hätte rein gucken können. Das Frühstück war aber sehr reichhaltig. Es gab eine gute Auswahl. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Für den Preis und die Sterne haben wir mehr erwartet.
