Handy for Passau with parking onsite. Basic but clean and comfortable with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Would book again in a heartbeat

Basic clean quiet hotel but not near anything
A basic serviceable hotel for an overnight stay. Hotel is modern, clean, beds were good, bathroom good. We didn't get the breakfast. The only issue is that it is very far from the center of town. We were there on bikes and had to go about 2 miles into town to get dinner. The hotel is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and not near anything. But it's fine for one night. They had a garage for our bikes. Passau is a beautiful old town with a vibrant center city and I would love to have spent more time there.

The hotel was clean, however, it was in the middle of nowhere. We had to walk 2 miles to access the old town area, and 1.5 miles to DB Passau HBF. No restaurants nearby other than a grocery store. We did not have an automobile, so this was very disappointing.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are all wonderful. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was extensive and filling. Highly recommend the B&B Passau!

Personal sehr aktiv und freundlich. Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu. Bett sehr angenehm und habe nichts zu Beschwerden. Etagenbett passt super für Kinder.

Een goede slaapplek
Het is ideaal voor een overnachting. Maar een waterkoker op de kamer zou ook welkom zijn. Ik begrijp de b&b principe maar het us een 3 ster hotel en de prijs is ook niet bepaald goedkoop.

Das Zimmer war laut, Strassenseite. Sauberkeit soweit in Ordnung im Bad/Dusche leichte Schimmelbildung, schlechte Belüftung. Frühstück sehr dürftig!

Praktisch für einen kurzen Übernachtungsstopp
Wir haben auf der Durchreise nach Österreich in dem Hotel übernachtet. Dafür war es sehr praktisch. Das Auto konnten wir in einer kleinen Tiefgarage abstellen. Der Check-in hat schnell funktioniert, ein Check-out war gar nicht nötig. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend.

Das Hotel liegt gut, die Zimmer sind wie bei allen B+B Hotels sehr schlicht gehalten. Alles war sauber. Der Service war Super,sehr freundliche kompetente Dame vor Ort, der Check In über das Terminal war klasse, die Rechnung musste dann aber doch über die Rezeption versendet werden da Hotels die Geschäftsdaten nicht übermittelt.
