"Pésimo servicio del personal. El trato en recepción fue grosero e incluso recibimos gritos al reclamar un error en la asignación de nuestra habitación. Un hotel que presume de estrellas pero no cumple con lo básico en atención. Una decepción total. Desayuno escasa"

"The place is for certain taste. If you like noise, fine. If you looking to have a nice peaceful vacation, that's not the place. No amenities what so ever. No hot water, not even a mini fridge no closet. The shower curtain dont reach the floor so i had to put a towel to avoid the wet floor. No security outside. It was to noisy for my taste. People yelling at odd hours. The manager was very kind but has no control of the guest. The food a little pricey. "
