"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. There was no proper reception or welcome upon arrival. The pictures shown on the website do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all.
The man in charge was not welcoming or friendly, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The place felt like it had not had visitors in a long time, and the location itself was very disappointing.
What is most frustrating is that we were refused a refund even though we never stayed at the property. This experience was misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place."
