Excellent all round. Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Great food. Very impressed

At this price point, Hotel Grand, in Samakov, is excellent value. The owner, Stanislav, was very helpful and gave us great service. The room was fine, the restaurant was fine, the bar was fine. There are 4 large supermarkets very near the hotel. We like supermarkets :) We had a great, comfortable stay. Thank you Stanislav and your team :)

Arrived Sunday afternoon. I didn't use the shuttle service from the hotel, contact them before hand to arrange this. Taxi was 8 LEV with a tip and took about 10/ 15 minutes. My room was ready and very good food is available at the bar. In the evening the piano was being played, contemporary Beatle songs, etc arrangements, it was very good. I stayed for two nights for business and the location was convenient for the airport and client. Unfortunately I didn't get chance to visit the center of...

This hotel is a little hidden gem, just outside of Sofia. A 10 lev taxi ride direct into the centre. Booked for by the very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely greeting in our room, only small but, a nice little touch that was well received. The room decor may not be to everyones taste but the room was massive, clean tidy, well ventilated with a lovely view. Food in the restaurant at breakfast was plentyful. Should I return to Sofia, and its highly likely I will this will be my first choice.

I was on a business trip. This suited my needs brilliantly. Great rooms very quiet - i was oin 10th floor and didn't hear anyone come or go. Breakfast - plenty of choice. Quick check-in with polite staff.

This hotel is the only one you really want to stay at when you're going for a conference at the Expo Center in Sofia. The hotel itself offers a near perfect service, the expo center is litterally 2 minutes walk away, and if you want to go in town, a further 2 min walk will take you to the metro station. Execpt that, don't count on any other interesting surroundings.

Great value hotel, we stayed the night before a flight from Sofia airport. Food hall / shopping mall nearby, breakfast was good and the location was perfect for our purpose.

Overall a fantastic stay at a sleek, new, business-focused property in an excellent location. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date throughout. A couple of small practicalities to keep in mind when packing: there are no USB charging outlets in the rooms, so you'll need a standard wall plug adapter, and conditioner is not included with the toiletries.

Great staff and the food in the restaurant was really n ice. We had 47 people come to a meeting and luncheon at the Hotel. Margarita and the staff were exceptional and everyone commented on what a nice lunch it was. We attended a conference at the Paradise center and it is a 3-5 minute walk .Very central. Very pleased with ur stay . Thank you to the staff .

We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner! We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings! Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything!

I've had a lovely stay at the Legends hotel. As my flight landed earlier, I went to the hotel and it turned out that my room was available earlier than the check in time, so I checked in right away. Even though the restaurant did not work at the time, the staff was nice enough to make me familiar with the nearby restaurants.
