Parsons Trip

This hotel is so amazing! It was clean, classy, and chic. Ebony was soooo nice and helped us feel comfortable after we left a ghetto hotel in the middle of the night and came to them. She felt like a new best friend! I wish I had her number just so I could keep in touch. She is personable, friendly, and treats everyone as if they’re her friend already. Dedrick or maybe it was spelled Deadrick? was also very helpful. He made sure I felt safe after leaving that other hotel. The staff over all is very helpful and friendly. If I visit again I hope I can stay at this hotel!

The place was amazing! Love the location and vibe the host was very professional, kept me informed of the rules and regulations also gave us advice on restaurants to try in the area. Overall was very pleased with my stay. Thanks!

Customer service was great. Had a customer service Rep that helped me at the front desk can’t remember her name. She was awesome

Everything was perfect! My husband had arranged for the room to be set up for Valentine’s Day and the staff went over and beyond! The bar tender was so nice and the drinks were top tier. We will definitely be back soon!

Great stay! Very quiet. Onsite restaurants were a plus after a long day of driving. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was all friendly and answered any questions we had. Beautiful view of the Mississippi.
