Disappointing stay! But it could have been great.

First our bathtub was clogged and each day we showered in more the 6-8” of water. At one point there was hair (not mine or my husbands) backing up into the water. Second, the shower door that was installed had a broken rubber strip on the bottom of the door. So every time we showered it left over an inch of on the floor. How it was not flooding the downstairs unit I have no idea. Third, our safe wouldnt unlock. Fourth, our room shared a wall with the sauna, the heat in our room was almost unbearable. If this room is going to be used for guest it should at the min. have an ac unit. We were only there for two quick nights, getting in late the night of. The next day, because of not having a working safe we did not want maintenance coming in while we were out for the day. When we checked out early the next day, I mentioned all the items to the front desk and the response was “thank you, we will let maintenance know”… I would have expected an apology or even some sort of compensation. It was very disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was great! And the service in the restaurant was top notch!

Wir haben 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden, mit dem Ambiente, Freundlichkeit und großen Wellnessangebot. Das einzige, was uns nicht so sehr gefallen hat, war der Schnitte des Zimmers mit einer Küchenzeile zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Wir empfehlen das Hotel und werden auch wiederkommen.

Vriendelijke personeel, goed avond eten en ontbijt. Maar de kamer in het oude gedeelte van het hotel is niet meer van deze tijd. Een krappe douche in bad en een toilet waar je moeilijk kan zitten vanwege de ruimte. De kamerprijs 208 euro komt niet overeen met wat je krijgt.

....bei der Ankunft wurde mit mitgeteilt das der Wellnessbereich nicht kostenlos ist, das war auf der Buchungsseite nicht vermerkt. Nach der Arbeit in den Pool zuspringen war ein zentraler Buchungsgrund für dieses Hotel.

Amazing Stay

Our stay at the Romantik hotel in Parsberg was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. During this hard time myself and my husband were very pleased to see the amount of cleaning supplies this hotel provided. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is transitioning or a nice weekend gateway.
