We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"Very clean. Spacious bathroom. Shower head needed replaced. Two televisions which worked has advertised. Plenty of stations. Large screens. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Appliances well maintained. Loved the pool area, fitness room and proximity to Coligny Shops and Plaza. Beach was fantastic as expected. WiFi was excellent. "

"This hotel is very clean with the nicest staff you'll ever meet. The chef Sheila is an amazing chef , food made with love. Eat in and you'll be happy. Very safe and secure location. "Staff was kind & friendly. Beautiful hotel. But, Amenities such as the hot tub & pool were not available… which seems to be the norm now a days with with these hotels. And breakfast was said to go till 10am on Sundays but it was all put away before 9:50am "

"Unfortunately this ended up being one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was quite disappointing being that we were traveling for both my birthday and our engagement. And it’s not a cheap place either. The room was motel-level for a 4 star price. The room was absolutely filthy — layers of dust, mold, dirty floors. It was very clear that the housekeeping here only changes the bed sheets and doesn’t touch anything else. I ended up bringing it up to guest services and Collette was wonderful and immediately remedied the situation by upgrading us to a much better and cleaner room. (5 stars for the front desk staff) They charge a hefty fee of $90/night to bring our 2 small pups so we had an extra $180 charge for essentially nothing because the rooms are dirtier than anything a dog could ever possibly do. The property itself is adorable and in such a great location. I just wish they would actually clean their rooms properly. There’s a difference between old and just plain dirty. "
