"O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada. "Nice hotel in the middle of small village in the mountains. Great place for hiking. Very good and efficient staff. Breakfast included in the room rate with selection of warm and cold products. Great value for money."

Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "
