I especially want to recognize Shannon Angilello for going above and beyond during my stay. I had an issue with my room, and she handled the situation very fast and efficiently, moving me to another room immediately and making sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Caracas."
