"New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "

Avons été à 02h00 du matin.par un groupe de personne parlant a haute voix en attendant l'ascenseur situe à côté de notre chambre. Machine a café hors d' usage au tez de chaussée de l'établissement. "Fui en pleno verano y no servía el aire acondicionado. Pedí más de 3 veces en ver la posibilidad que me cambiaran a un cuarto con mejor aire y no sucedió. Lo único que puedo salvar es que me dieron un ventilador. Pero no era algo que estaba tan económico como para que no sirviera el aire."
