It's a very nice hotel: very quite and convenient. However, the service is not as good as expected. It seems that there were communication issues. Our soap bottle and conditional bottle were not function properly, but after many times talking to the front desk, the issues were not resolved. I wish the four star hotel could pay attention to these details.

Hotel Pastel was a great stay, the only issue is the size of the room. Paris is tricky because most rooms are very small anyways.. but this was difficult. We were two people and there was no room to open our suitcases unfortunately. Otherwise the hotel was clean, decor was beautiful, bed was comfortable and it’s in a good location.

"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Nogent Sue Seine. Due to the very hot weather our room was very hot; we had a fan but it didn’t really help and as there was a “party” outside and we needed the windows open, we had a sleepless night. However, the swimming pool was great, as was the breakfast. ..."
