"The room i paid for the shower didn't work, we didn't know this until after being settled in for a hour. We had to change rooms and the next room was smaller and the bathroom light kept flickering off and on. The elevator was extremely slow when it worked and so we ended up using the stairs( we were on the 4th floor by the way). Management needs to do better. "

"There is no EV charging station, this was false advertising. There is a Tesla station down the hill but you cannot plug in overnight. The first room they gave us was not locked, door was open and the shower was on. The second room was better, but the refrigerator stunk and one of the mattresses was lumpy with no support. There was toilet paper on the floor next to the bed. The property owners refused to give us a change in reservation and charged us for a night we did not use. There was no one at the front desk in the morning and the phone number they posted was not being answered. I would not recommend this facility. "
