As the hotel is located on top of a mountain it's quite remote from any restaurant which makes you bit dependent on their in-house restaurant which isn't the best. I told them about cold they could not solve.They failed to give me wake up call.All front desk staffs are sleeping.very bad management.Receptiom staffs are not well behaved.They informed the driver to drop me at 6am instead of 5am.
